2025: Allocation of hundreds of millions of rubles by the government for the construction of a technopark
The Russian government will allocate more than ₽520 million from the federal budget for the development of technology parks in Tatarstan in 2025. The funds are intended to finance the projects of the industrial park "Laishevo" and the technopark in the field of high technologies "Innopark." This was reported by the press service of the Russian government on June 2, 2025.
It is assumed that subsidies will allow park management companies to partially reimburse the costs of designing, building or modernizing industrial infrastructure facilities. The funding will also cover the costs of acquiring equipment and technologically connecting industrial buildings to utility networks.
The allocated funds will become part of the federal program to support the development of industrial parks and technology parks in Russia. In addition to Tatarstan, subsidies will be received by the Ufimsky industrial parks in Bashkortostan and Rudnevo in Moscow, which will receive more than ₽219 million and ₽127 million, respectively.
Technopark Innopark specializes in the development of high-tech industries and innovative solutions. The creation of modern infrastructure will attract residents working in the field of information technology, electronics, biotechnology and other knowledge-intensive industries.
The industrial park "Laishevo" is focused on the placement of production enterprises of various industries. The development of the infrastructure of the park should contribute to the creation of new jobs and increase the industrial potential of the region.
Funding from the federal budget is carried out within the framework of the mechanism for reimbursement of costs for the creation of industrial infrastructure. Subsidies are provided to management companies of technology parks to compensate for the costs of construction and equipment of facilities.[1]
2022: Approval of design documentation
